[2025.11.10] Replace the old FPS ID payment method with new FPS QR code

To enhance service efficiency, Eco Ring’s online store will upgrade its payment system starting November 10, 2025.

1) Orders under HKD10,000
For FPS payments, customers will receive an FPS QR code immediately after placing an order.
Please ensure payment is made via the QR code. Regardless of payment method (FPS or credit card), if payment is not completed within the time limit, the order will be automatically cancelled and relisted.
*For details on how to pay using an FPS QR code, please consult your bank.
*Do not use the “FPS ID” method for orders under HKD10,000. If payment is not made via the system-generated QR code, the order will be invalid and automatically cancelled. Any paid amount will be converted into store credit.

2) Orders over HKD10,000
For FPS payments, please use the FPS ID after placing your order. Payment must be completed within 24 hours, and a payment screenshot must be provided.
If payment is not received in time, the order will be cancelled and recorded as a “late unpaid abandon order.”
*Please include your order number in the bank’s remarks field during payment. If omitted, verification may take up to 7 business days.
*Payments made after order cancellation will be converted into store credit and cannot be refunded.
*For orders over HKD10,000, WhatsApp notification is required after placing the order to initiate verification. Once confirmed, we will proceed with shipping or delivery. For combined orders or special requests, please WhatsApp us immediately after placing the order.

Please note:
- Orders or items cannot be reserved
- Canceled orders cannot be restored
- Complaints regarding late payment will not be accepted
- All processes are governed by the system
