Early access to promotions |
1) Reward points will be credited to the member’s account 7 days after the order is fulfilled
2) All reward points (including those awarded as birthday rewards) are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance
3) A birthday-exclusive discount code will be automatically issued by the system during the member’s birthday month and valid for 30 days
4) Please use the reward points and discount codes within the validity period. Expired rewards will be automatically voided and will not be reissued
5) When the tier is about to expire system will look at their total spending while in this tier (i.e., in the last 365 days) and compare it with each tier's "maintenance spend" and put members in the corresponding tier.
For example, If member is in Black diamond and does not spend enough to maintain Black diamond (HKD300,000 maintenance spend) but only spent HKD50,000. Then the maintenance spend of Ruby (HKD40,000) is hit, so member will get downgraded to Ruby.
6) If members cancel or refund their order, the system will automatically remove any reward points or tiers achieved with that order. So if cancelling/refunding the order causes members to not meet the entry requirement anymore, downgrade will happen automatically
