To help customers easily understand the condition of pre-owned items, Eco Ring HK adopts the following professional 8-tier grading system:

All product photos on our eShop are shot in-house with real items by the Eco Ring HK team. Due to color variations across different display monitors, actual item colors and textures may vary slightly. All measurements and weights are taken manually, and discrepancies within ±3% are considered normal and reasonable.

To enhance your shopping experience, Eco Ring HK provides an exclusive in-person viewing service for members:

• Eligibility: Precious metals/gemstones priced at HKD2,000 or above; Handbags priced at HKD15,000 or above; Watches priced at HKD5,000 or above (Viewing is not available for other categories).
• Booking Rules: Reservations must be made at least one working day in advance (before 4:00 PM). Viewing time per item is 15 minutes, with a maximum of 3 items per session (up to 8 items for jewelry, capped at 12 items in total per session).
• Important Notes: Late arrivals exceeding 5 minutes without prior notice will not be served. Photography is strictly prohibited during the viewing session; please bring your own measuring tools if needed.

For eligible item categories (Handbags, Small Leather Goods, Jewelry & Accessories) purchased from the Eco Ring HK eShop, you can bring the original invoice to our physical buyback stores within 1 year from the order creation date to enjoy guaranteed buyback rates:

• Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel: Guaranteed 80% of the discounted price if appraised at the same Rank.
• Celine, Gucci, Dior, Loewe, Goyard, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Balenciaga, Valentino: Guaranteed 70% of the discounted price.
• Other Designated Brands: Guaranteed 60% of the discounted price.

*Note: The buyback price drops by 10% for every Rank degraded upon appraisal. Items originally graded below Rank B on the eShop or pre-order items are excluded from this service.

Overseas pre-order items are dispatched directly from Japan and are expected to arrive in Hong Kong within 2 to 3 weeks after successful payment. Once the item arrives, our company will contact you for self-pickup or courier dispatch. If you have any concerns regarding item condition, we advise inquiring via WhatsApp before placing an order.

Eco Ring HK offers two modes: "Fixed Price Shopping" and "Auction Bidding." Fixed-price items are sold strictly at the displayed web price; no price negotiation via text or phone will be accepted. eShop inventory consists of unique, one-of-a-kind items sold on a "first-paid, first-served" basis.

• Auto Extension: If a new bid is placed within the final 1 minute of countdown, the system will automatically extend the time by 1 minute until no further bids are submitted.
• Winning Payment Deadline: Winning bidders will receive an email notification and must complete payment within 24 hours. Overdue orders will be automatically canceled.
• Blacklist Policy: Accounts with 3 instances of overdue non-payment after winning a bid will be blacklisted.

The eShop currently supports the following payment options (To improve customer experience, starting June 11, 2026, payment methods other than credit cards are temporarily suspended, except for items designated specifically for FPS):

• Credit Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AE), and UnionPay are supported with zero transaction fees!
• FPS (Faster Payment System): Exclusively for FPS-designated items. You will receive an FPS Identifier after placing an order; please complete payment within 24 hours, or the order will be automatically canceled by the system.

*Please note: Payment methods cannot be modified once submitted. Certain items may be restricted to "FPS Payment Only."

During checkout, customers can enter a promo code in the designated field on the payment page, or choose to apply cash vouchers / accumulated member points for a price reduction.

Single orders reaching HKD500 or above enjoy free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau (delivered via SF Express by default). Shipping fees for orders under the threshold or for overseas regions will be displayed during checkout. Customers may also choose self-pickup at designated collection points.

Since most items sold by Eco Ring HK are unique, pre-owned pieces, all orders are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable once successfully placed and paid, except in exceptional circumstances such as severe description mismatch or authenticity/quality disputes. Customers are requested to review photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
