All product photos in our online store are shot unretouched by the Eco Ring HK team. Minor color variations may occur due to display monitor settings. All measurements and weights are taken manually, and variations within ±3% are considered normal and reasonable.

To enhance your shopping experience, Eco Ring HK offers an exclusive in-person viewing service for members:

• Eligibility: Only available for items priced at HKD 2,000+ for precious metals/gemstones, HKD 15,000+ for handbags, and HKD 5,000+ for watches (other items are not eligible).
• Reservation Rules: Reservations must be made at least 1 working day in advance (before 4:00 PM). Each session lasts 15 minutes for up to 3 items (up to 8 pieces for jewelry, maximum 12 items total per session).
• Important Notes: Arriving 5 minutes late without prior notice will result in cancellation. Photography is strictly prohibited during the session, and customers should bring their own measuring tools.

For eligible items (handbags, small leather goods, accessories) purchased from the Eco Ring HK online store, reselling them at our physical buying stores within 1 year from the order date with the original invoice guarantees a buyback price:

• Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel: Receive 80% of the discounted purchase price if assessed at the same Rank.
• Celine, Gucci, Dior, Loewe, Goyard, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Balenciaga, Valentino: Receive 70% of the discounted purchase price.
• Other Designated Brands: Receive 60% of the discounted purchase price.

*Note: Each drop in Rank reduces the buyback price by 10%. Items originally graded below Rank B or pre-order items are not eligible for this service.

Overseas pre-order items are dispatched directly from Japan and are expected to arrive in Hong Kong within 2 to 3 weeks after payment. Our team will contact you for self-pickup or courier delivery once the item arrives. If you have any questions about item conditions, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

Eco Ring HK offers two modes: "Fixed-Price Shopping" and "Auction Bidding". Fixed-price items are sold strictly at the listed price; no price negotiations via text or phone are accepted. Online inventory is unique and sold on a first-paid, first-served basis.

• Automatic Extension: If a bid is placed within the final 1 minute of an auction, the system will automatically extend the time by 1 minute until no further bids are made.
• Payment Deadline: Winning bidders will receive an email invoice and must complete payment within 24 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
• Blacklist Policy: Bidders who fail to pay 3 times will have their accounts blacklisted.

We currently accept the following payment methods (To enhance shopping experience, payment methods other than Credit Card are temporarily suspended starting June 11, 2026, except for items marked as "FPS Only"):

• Credit Card Payment: Supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AE), and UnionPay with no transaction fees!
• FPS (Faster Payment System): Only for items marked "FPS Only". You will receive an FPS ID after placing the order. Payment must be completed within 24 hours, or the order will be automatically canceled by the system.

Single orders of HKD 500 or above qualify for free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau (shipped via SF Express by default). Shipping costs for orders below HKD 500 or international destinations will be calculated at checkout. Customers can also choose in-person pickup at designated points.

Since most items sold at Eco Ring HK are pre-owned and unique, all sales are final once successfully placed and paid. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted except in special cases involving severe description mismatch or authenticity disputes.
