[2025.12.09] Eco Ring Auction Feature Relaunched!

Customers can now browse all auction items at once in the “Auction”

Way of place bid as below:
Click on an item > Auction information will appear on the right:

Current bid = The current highest price
Number of bids = The number of bids placed on the item
Start price = The starting price of the auction
Start time = Auction start date and time
End time = Auction end date and time

Enter your bid amount in the box under “Bid directly” > remember to click “Place bid”  > complete the bidding process
At the same time, the auction information above will turn green.

(A) If your bid is outbid:
You will receive an email titled “Someone placed a bid higher than you!”
Inside the email, there will be a “Place a bid” button, allowing you to place a higher bid.

(B) If you win the auction:
You will receive a system-generated email with the subject [Invoice #DXX].  You can click the payment button inside the email to complete the payment.
Please note:
*All winning orders must be paid within 24 hours of the order being issued.  If payment is not completed within the deadline, the order cannot be paid.  Once an order is automatically canceled, it cannot be restored.
*If you fail to pay for three winning orders, you will be blacklisted.

(C) If you lose the auction:
You will receive a system email titled “We're so sorry you have lost an auction.”  This notifies you that you did not win the auction.
