Eco Ring HK — Pickup or Shipping Options
(1) In-person Pickup:
To ensure a smooth handover, pickups are by appointment only.
After paying online, please contact us within 3 working days to arrange a pickup date and time via email or WhatsApp. Collect your item at the agreed pickup location during the scheduled time.
If you do not contact us within the transaction period to arrange pickup, the item will be relisted without further notice. Eco Ring HK will record this as an abandoned order; customers with three or more abandoned orders will be blacklisted.
If you are unable to pick up the item within the transaction period, you may request to hold the item by paying the full amount in advance. This arrangement must be requested by the customer and must include a specific and reasonable pickup date.
Please handle items with care when inspecting them at pickup. If an item becomes soiled or damaged due to careless or intentional handling, Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue all remedies.
(2) Shipping:
Eco Ring HK offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are normally borne by the customer, but during promotion periods Eco Ring HK may offer free shipping. Any promotions will be announced on the online store before they start.
Please pay the full item price and shipping fee (if applicable) when choosing shipping. After we confirm receipt of payment, Eco Ring HK will dispatch the item within 3 working days to the address provided. Once the parcel is sent, we will notify you by email with the tracking number. Customers may also check the tracking number in their account dashboard. Because courier delivery may be delayed, please contact the courier directly for updates on the shipment status.
Eco Ring HK does not assume responsibility for postal risks. SF Express will only declare a maximum value of HKD 5,000 for insured shipments; items exceeding HKD 5,000 require declared insurance (insurance fee is 0.6% of the total item value, paid by the customer). For items valued over HKD 5,000, we recommend collecting in person. Thank you.
※ Due to repeated customs clearance and seizure issues reported by customers when shipping to mainland China, ECO RING HK will suspend all shipments to mainland China effective immediately. If a customer’s registered delivery address is in mainland China, the order amount (minus PayPal merchant fees) will be refunded without further notice. Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order to avoid being charged processing fees.
※ Any shipment may be subject to customs duties or seizure. ECO RING HK is not responsible for any postal or customs duties or risks, and will only provide an invoice with the actual item value. Customers are responsible for handling customs matters. ECO RING HK cannot resolve issues with customs in other jurisdictions. Please consider this carefully before placing an order.
