Unless for the reasons listed below, Eco Ring HK will not accept unilateral return requests from buyers:
- The item’s description or photos on the online store are materially different from the actual item received.
- The item delivered does not match the purchase order.
Customers must contact Eco Ring HK by text message (WhatsApp or Email) within 3 days of receiving the item to state the reason and grounds for the return. After receiving Eco Ring HK’s confirmation, the customer must return the item together with the original receipt via courier or deliver it to the collection point within 3 working days. Once the returned item is received and verified, Eco Ring HK will refund the purchase price to the customer’s account within 14 working days and notify the customer by email.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for any reason if the customer fails to contact Eco Ring HK within the 3-day contact period stated above.
The following common return reasons (including but not limited to those listed) will not be accepted:
- Items marked as grade “JUNK” that are sold as non-repairable or damaged — returns, order cancellations, or abandoned bids will not be accepted on this basis.
- Returns, cancellations, or abandoned bids due to garment sizing or fit as indicated by the brand’s own size markings, or due to product design.
- Requests to return an entire set because the customer is dissatisfied with part of a set sold as a combination.
- Requests to return because accessories are missing when the item’s description and photos clearly stated that accessories are not sold as part of the set.
Eco Ring HK reserves the right to refuse any return that was not pre-arranged, and will not be liable for any shipping or customs fees arising from such unsolicited returns.
For reasonable causes, customers may choose to cancel an order or bid without being blacklisted. Please contact Eco Ring HK by text message within 3 working days to explain the reason. Eco Ring HK will consider each case and provide assistance at its discretion.
If the customer soils or damages the purchased item through careless or intentional handling during inspection, the item will not be eligible for return or refund, and Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue claims.
The store reserves the final right to review and decide on all return and refund requests.
