Eco Ring Online Shop(“Online Shop”)is operated and managed by Eco Ring Hong Kong Limited(“Eco Ring HK”). Customers may use this website or its related services(“Services”)in accordance with the following terms of service and any terms mentioned on this online shop(”Terms”). By using this online shop, you agree to the following terms of use. Eco Ring HK reserves the right to update or amend the Terms and the Personal Data Protection Policy at any time without prior notice. Eco Ring HK recommends that you check the online shop from time to time for updates or changes to the policies and terms. Continued use of the online shop constitutes acceptance of the updated or amended terms.
Eco Ring is a company registered in Hong Kong. The registered and correspondence address is Room 1001, 10/F, Tower 1, New Port Centre, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
These Terms of Use apply only to the online shop operated by Eco Ring HK registered in Hong Kong and do not include sales platforms operated by the above affiliated companies.
Eco Ring HK reserves the right to perform any updates and maintenance on the online shop without prior notice. Eco Ring HK shall not be liable for any loss suffered by customers resulting from the unavailability of the online shop.
1) Registration
Customers do not need to register or log in to browse products, but must be a member to shop and pay on the online shop. Registering as a member indicates your agreement to provide true and accurate personal information. Eco Ring HK implements a Personal Data Protection Policy, which you can refer to in the Privacy Policy.
Persons under the age of18must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to use the website and make them aware of Eco Ring HK’s Personal Data Protection Policy. Eco Ring HK reserves the right to refuse services to persons under18years of age.
Eco Ring HK does not store customers' login passwords. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. If you discover or suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately. Eco Ring HK will not be liable for any loss resulting from account theft or unauthorized use of a customer account.
2) Prohibited and Irregular Use
If your account is found to be engaged in, but not limited to, the following activities, Eco Ring HK may take appropriate actions against your account:
2.1) Using any technique to attempt to hide use of multiple accounts, or in any way interfere with fair transactions
2.2) Posting any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous, hateful or discriminatory content or messages
2.3) Advertising or spamming messages
2.4) Pretending to be another person or providing false information that causes any loss to Eco Ring HK
Eco Ring HK has the right to terminate any account or add it to a blacklist at its discretion; in such cases, you will receive an email notification.
3) Intellectual Property
All software, designs, texts and videos on the Eco Ring HK online shop are the intellectual property of Eco Ring HK and are protected by applicable laws. The online shop is for shopping purposes only; its content may only be used for any purpose with the explicit authorization of Eco Ring HK and/or its authorized third parties. Eco Ring HK reserves all rights to pursue unauthorized acts, including but not limited to publishing, copying, and selling.
Eco Ring HK is not affiliated with any brand. All trademarks and copyrights in the images and texts of the posted products belong to and are the property of the respective brands.
4) Shopping Notes
a) Be at least18 years old; persons under18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian
b) Hold a valid credit card or bank account issued by a licensed bank accepted by Eco Ring HK or a valid account registered and owned legally
c) The personal and payment information provided is valid and truthful
By shopping on the online shop, you authorize Eco Ring HK to charge the total amount of the goods and/or shipping fees to your credit card. You also expressly authorize Eco Ring HK to use the personal information you provided for anti-fraud checks and to provide evidence when required by court order. Where necessary, Eco Ring HK may obtain information about you from third parties or provide information to third parties. Third parties include but are not limited to credit institutions or anti-fraud agencies that hold relevant information. Eco Ring HK implements a Personal Data Protection Policy, which you can refer to in the Privacy Policy.
5) Product Descriptions and Photos
a) All products for sale are authenticated and graded by Eco Ring HK's professional graders and come with authenticity guarantee.
b) Eco Ring HK strives to ensure that the listed product descriptions are accurate and complete. Most products are second-hand; defects are indicated as much as possible through photos or text. Eco Ring HK uses its own grading system; please refer to the detailed explanations of the grades in the product descriptions.
c) Photos are taken by Eco Ring HK staff and may show color differences due to different displays; the color and texture may differ from the actual item.
d) Items graded as Junk are considered damaged, not functioning normally, or not guaranteed to be repairable.
e) All sizes and weights are measured using Eco Ring HK's measuring tools. All measurements are taken by hand and may have an error of plus or minus1cm.
f) New items are uploaded at varying times each day, and each successfully uploaded item's stock is unique—only one piece. It may also be sold on other platforms; the purchaser is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
g) Different brands have different sizing standards and design concepts; please consult the respective brand or visit the brand's stores for confirmation.
h) Items listed for sale will not be reserved via any contact method, nor will we place bids on behalf of customers.
i) In auction mode, prices are not negotiable once a bid is placed. If you have questions about the price of a listed item, please contact Eco Ring HK first for inquiries.
j) In case of dispute, Eco Ring HK reserves the final right of decision.
6) Price Display
Prices of items on the online shop are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars HKD. Please ensure you select the appropriate currency when browsing and paying. Eco Ring HK will endeavor to ensure displayed prices are accurate but reserves the right to correct prices in case of human error. If a price error is found for an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible; you may choose to confirm the transaction or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled.
7) Payment Methods
To provide a smoother and more convenient shopping experience, Eco Ring HK provides payment methods of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Union Pay) and FPS with no handling fees!
If you use a prepay-then-ship method, you confirm that you are the holder of the credit card or bank account used to pay, or have the holder's authorization to use it. If the issuing bank or institution refuses to pay Eco Ring HK, the order will be cancelled and Eco Ring HK will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
Transactions on the Eco Ring HK online shop use SSL security certificates to ensure the safety of the shopping process. If you have registered an account on this online shop and choose to save your credit card details, your information will be fully encrypted and securely stored in Eco Ring HK's system, and used only to process your transactions. Except in cases of negligence by Eco Ring HK, Eco Ring HK will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to information you provided while using the Services.
Each item is available in single quantity only and will be sold on a first-paid first-served basis.
8) Placing Orders
When a customer enters shipping and payment details and submits an order, Eco Ring HK will send you an email confirming the order. If you have paid directly by credit card, you can view the payment status as ”Paid” in the ”Order History” section of the member account.
Eco Ring HK reserves the right to unilaterally refuse an order for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
- The item was sold earlier on another platform
- The item fails to meet quality standards or developed issues during storage
- Price or product description error
- Eco Ring HK fails to obtain payment authorization
- The customer's account does not meet the purchase eligibility under the Terms of Service
Eco Ring HK will not be responsible for any loss arising from a customer's failure to enter a promo code or use store credit, including but not limited to: cancelling the customer's order and waiving a single blacklist record. Before using any promo code or store credit, customers must confirm the usage method and check the order amount before payment.

9) Pickup and Shipping
Customers may choose pickup or shipping before payment.
9.1) Pickup
a) Customers may personally or authorize others to collect items at the pickup point during business hours. If customers choose to authorize another person to collect the item on their behalf, Eco Ring HK shall not be held liable for any risks, losses or damages arising from such arrangement. Once the item is collected by the authorized party, the transaction is considered complete and the customer shall bear all associated risks and responsibilities.
b) To encourage customers to collect items promptly and expedite the transfer of items to pickup points to ensure service quality, customers must contact to arrange pickup date and time within 3working days; if the pickup deadline passes without contact, the item will be relisted without further notice. ECO RING HK will record one cancel order; three or more cancel orders will result in being blacklisted.
After choosing pickup at the pickup point, customers may change their appointment free of charge up to three times. Change notices must be sent at least one working day in advance during business hours via WhatsApp / email to the designated mailbox enquiry@ecoringhk.com; phone calls are not accepted. More than three changes will result in dispatching the order by SF Express COD to the address in the member record. If the member record does not contain an address and the customer wishes to arrange pickup, Eco Ring HK will charge a HKD50change handling fee.
For customers with confirmed appointments, if you fail to show up on the scheduled day without prior notice, a HKD100 administrative fee will be charged. Customers may reschedule a pickup date (a HKD50 change handling fee will be charged) or deliver by SF Express COD. The no-show administrative fee must be paid before Eco Ring HK will arrange pickup or shipping.
If there are multiple orders at the same time, the warehouse system will ship based on order sequence. Customers must first collect older orders before new orders will be delivered to the pickup point for self-collection. Due to system shipping arrangements, early collection of the latest order is not possible. If a customer currently has an older order uncollected, please collect within 3 working days; otherwise the system cannot arrange shipment for the new order. If an older order is not collected within the3working day pickup deadline, a storage fee ofHKD10per item per day will be charged.
If there is any malicious change of appointment resulting in no-show, or if the customer cannot be contacted to confirm pickup arrangements, Eco Ring HK reserves the final right to relist the item without further notice. Payments made by credit card will be refunded after deducting transaction fees; refunds for FPS payments require the customer to provide refund account details. Unreturnable funds will be held for6months; if unclaimed upon expiry they will be donated.
If you change the pickup method, the shipping time may be delayed; the order will be re-sequenced and dispatch within three working days is not guaranteed.
Eco Ring HK does not accept rush orders. If customers need items urgently, please arrange an authorized person to pick up or book the earliest self-collection slot.
The above handling fees will be charged without deduction of costs and donated to an organization for the protection of abandoned animals.
To make the pickup process smoother, we hope customers understand the above updated arrangements. Eco Ring HK will handle matters on a case-by-case basis according to customer circumstances.
c) If a customer cannot arrange pickup within the transaction deadline, they may prepay the full amount to reserve the item; the arrangement must be requested by the customer and provide a definite and reasonable pickup date.
d) When inspecting items upon pickup, please handle them with care. If items are soiled or damaged due to negligence or intentional acts, Eco Ring HK reserves all rights to pursue claims.
9.2) Shipping
International shipments will be sent via EMS, e-Expressor, DHL, while Hong Kong domestic shipments will be sent by SF Express. Please note that SF Express can only declare up toHKD5,000as the maximum; values overHKD5,000require insurance (insurance cost borne by the customer).
a) Customers must prepay in full. After confirmation of receipt, Eco Ring HK will arrange shipping within three working days. Items are basically shipped as cash on delivery(i.e., customers pay shipping upon receipt), but during promotional periods, Eco Ring HK may ship free of charge; promotions will be announced on the online shop before they start, so please pay attention.
b) Due to repeated issues reported by customers with customs declaration and detention for shipments to Mainland China, to avoid undelivered items, from now on Eco Ring HK will suspend all shipping services to Mainland China. If a customer's registered address is in Mainland China, upon receiving the order Eco Ring HK will refund the balance after credit card fees and will not provide further notice. Customers must confirm the shipping address before placing an order to avoid being charged handling fees.
c) If customers use freight forwarders, delivery times may be extended. Eco Ring HK is only responsible for shipping to the customer's designated forwarder. If any issue occurs during forwarding, including but not limited to damage due to improper storage or repackaging by the forwarder, or loss after the forwarder takes custody, please pursue claims with the forwarder. Please note prolonged transit may affect item condition; customers should consider this when choosing shipping methods.
d) If customers choose shipping, they must inspect items upon receipt; Eco Ring HK does not assume any mailing risk.
e) Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address, phone number and recipient name when filling in details. Eco Ring HK will not verify shipping information; if any error is not caused by Eco Ring HK's negligence, Eco Ring HK will not be liable for any loss.
f) Eco Ring HK will do its best to deliver items to customers as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee against any delays during transit. Tracking numbers will be provided after dispatch; customers should contact the courier company directly for inquiries.
g) International shipments may incur customs duties or other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. For details on customs clearance fees, customers should consult local customs. Eco Ring HK will only declare the sale price when filling out customs forms. Customs clearance times are subject to local customs arrangements, and Eco Ring HK cannot predict or assume any related risks.
※Any value may be subject to customs duties or detention. Eco Ring HK does not assume any mailing or customs duty risks and will only provide an invoice with the true item value. Customers must handle customs matters themselves; Eco Ring HK cannot deal with local customs issues. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
h) In case of dispute, Eco Ring HK reserves the final right of decision.
10) Returns
Except for the following reasons, Eco Ring HK generally does not accept unilateral return requests from buyers:
- The product description and photos on the online shop differ significantly from the actual purchased product
- Does not match the item on the purchase order
Customers must proactively contact Eco Ring HK by text message (WhatsApp or Email) within 3 days of receiving the item to state the reason and rationale for the return. After receiving confirmation from Eco Ring HK, within 3 working days customers must send the item with the receipt and all original included accessories by courier or deliver it to the pickup point. Courier costs are borne by the customer. After receiving and confirming that accessories are complete and the item is in the same condition as sold, Eco Ring HK will refund the purchase price and return shipping cost to the customer's account within14working days and notify by email. If any original accessories are missing or there is any damage, the corresponding value as judged by the company will be deducted before refund; refund timing may be delayed. Please note the company only covers one-way courier costs and does not cover courier fees arising from customers sending to the wrong address.
If you exceed the above 3 day contact period, returns or refunds will not be accepted for any reason.
The following common reasons for return requests, including but not limited to, will not be accepted:
- Returning or abandoning an item graded JUNK on the grounds that it cannot be repaired or is damaged/abandoning a bid
- Returning or abandoning an item on the grounds that the brand's stated size does not fit or due to product design/abandoning a bid
- Requesting return or abandonment of an entire set sold as a set because you are dissatisfied with part of the set/abandoning a bid
- Requesting return or abandonment on the grounds that accessories are missing when the product text description or photos clearly show items are not sold as a full set/abandoning a bid
Any return sent without prior contact may be refused by Eco Ring HK, and the company will not bear any resulting shipping or customs fees.
For reasonable reasons, customers may choose to abandon an order/abandon a bid without being recorded on the blacklist; please contact Eco Ring HK by text message within3working days to explain, and Eco Ring HK will handle and assist on a case-by-case basis.
If a customer soils or damages the purchased item through negligence or deliberate action during inspection, the item will not be eligible for return or refund, and Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue claims.
The store reserves the final right to review all return or refund decisions.
11) Customer Rights and Eco Ring HK's Liability
Registration and shopping on the online shop are decisions made by customers voluntarily. Eco Ring HK has no intention and will not harass customers regarding their rights; Eco Ring HK recommends customers understand and consider carefully before purchasing.
Eco Ring HK will strive to ensure the online shop and service arrangements are error-free, but does not guarantee there will be no human errors, nor that the online shop or supporting servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Eco Ring HK recommends all users ensure their electronic devices have up-to-date antivirus software and take all measures to protect their network security. Eco Ring HK will not be liable for any inability to place orders or unsuccessful transactions caused by system errors, nor for any compensation.
12) Indemnity and Release
Using the Eco Ring HK online shop constitutes agreement by the customer that Eco Ring HK (its legal entity, directors, employees, authorized agents, affiliates, service providers) shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities or losses arising from the customer's breach of the Terms of Service, whether the customer's account is used by themselves or a third party.
Eco Ring HK reserves all rights to pursue claims.
13) Complaints
Eco Ring HK has a complaint mechanism. If you have opinions or complaints about an order, please contact the Customer Service Team.
14) Law and Jurisdiction
The operation and use of the online shop are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All disputes and claims arising from the Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
