Terms and Conditions:
1) Pre-order items are expected to arrive in Hong Kong within 2–3 weeks after payment. Customers will be contacted for self-pickup upon arrival. If delivery is selected, the item will be shipped directly after arrival. The "How to Shop" terms also apply to pre-order items.
2)For any questions regarding the condition of pre-order items, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.
【Member-Exclusive Viewing Service】
Viewing is only available for selected items:
- Precious metals/gemstones priced at HKD $2,000 or above
- Handbags priced at HKD $15,000 or above
- Watches priced at HKD $5,000 or above
All other items are not eligible for viewing.
Important Notes:
1) Only bookings made at least one business day in advance (before 4:00 PM) will be accepted. Items will be reserved accordingly. Eco Ring HK does not guarantee item availability prior to viewing.
2) Each item may be viewed for up to 15 minutes, with a maximum of three items per session. Repeated overtime may result in refusal of future viewing appointments.
3) Customers may purchase items online immediately after viewing. Items will not be held afterward.
4) To avoid disputes, Eco Ring HK does not provide measuring tools. Customers are advised to bring their own.
5) If any item is damaged during viewing, the customer must compensate at full price.
6) Photography during viewing is strictly prohibited.

*Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes without prior notice will not be accommodated and may result in refusal of future appointments.*

【Guaranteed Buyback Price Service】
Terms and Conditions:
1) This service applies only to designated product categories sold on the Eco Ring HK online store: handbags, small leather goods, and accessories (defined as necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and belts).
2) Eligible items must be sold within one year from the order creation date. This program is effective from October 24, 2022, meaning qualifying items purchased on or after October 23, 2021 are eligible for guaranteed buyback pricing within one year. The buyback price is based on the net price paid (after discounts, store credits, referral rewards, etc.).
3) Upon receiving the item, our appraisers will compare it with the original online listing.
3.1) If the item is assessed to be in the same rank:
- Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel: 80% of the net price
- Celine, Gucci, Valentino, Dior, Balenciaga, Fendi, Saint Laurent, Loewe, Goyard: 70%
- Other brands: 60%
3.2) For each rank downgrade, the buyback price will be reduced by 10%.
3.3) Items originally listed as Rank B or below (including but not limited to Rank C) are not eligible for guaranteed buyback pricing and will be processed as standard resale.
3.4) Items with severe damage or wear that affects usability will not be eligible for guaranteed buyback.
3.5) If the original item included accessories, all accessories must be provided at the time of resale to qualify for the guaranteed buyback price. Missing accessories may result in a price deduction.
Example:
A Rank A Chanel handbag sold on December 31, 2021 for HKD $10,000
If resold at any Eco Ring HK buyback store by December 30, 2022:
Scenario 1: Assessed as Rank A → Buyback price: HKD $8,000
Scenario 2: Assessed as Rank B → Buyback price: HKD $6,000
Scenario 3: Item has severe scratches and visible corner damage → Only standard resale service offered
4) Customers must present the original or digital invoice from the Eco Ring HK online store, clearly showing the order date and price.
5) Rank assessment is determined solely by Eco Ring HK appraisers and is not subject to dispute.
6) Items must be brought directly to an Eco Ring HK buyback store along with valid Hong Kong identification.
7) Eco Ring HK reserves the right to interpret these terms and determine whether to proceed with the transaction. Terms may be amended without prior notice.
8) Pre-order items are not eligible for the guaranteed buyback service.
General Usage Guidelines
(1) Product Description and Images
- All items sold by Eco Ring HK are professionally authenticated and graded by our certified appraisers, with a guarantee of authenticity.
- Eco Ring HK strives to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate and complete. As most items are pre-owned, any visible flaws or imperfections are presented through images or text as clearly as possible. If you have any questions regarding the wording used in product descriptions, please contact us before placing an order to avoid potential return issues. All product descriptions are based on subjective assessment. Eco Ring HK does not accept complaints or returns based on disputes over descriptive wording. Eco Ring HK uses its own grading system to classify product condition.

- Items graded as “Junk” are considered damaged, non-functional, or not guaranteed to be repairable.
- All product images are taken manually by Eco Ring HK. Due to variations in display screens, actual colors and textures may differ slightly from what is shown.
- All measurements and weights are based on Eco Ring HK’s measuring tools. As measurements are taken manually, a margin of error of ±1cm may occur.
- New items are uploaded daily at irregular times. Each listed item is unique and available in limited quantity. Some items may also be listed on other platforms. Purchases are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis, according to the timestamp on Eco Ring HK’s website and other platforms.
Eco Ring HK will make every effort to promptly remove sold items from the website, but delays may occur outside office hours. If a customer purchases an item via PayPal that has already been sold, Eco Ring HK will refund the full amount without deducting transaction fees.
- Apparel sizing varies across brands and design concepts. Customers are advised to consult the respective brand or visit its physical store for confirmation.
- Items listed online cannot be reserved or bid on behalf of customers via any communication channel.
- For auction listings, once a bid is placed, the item is not open to negotiation. If you have questions about pricing, please contact Eco Ring HK before bidding.
- In case of disputes, Eco Ring HK reserves the right to make the final decision.
(2) Member Registration
*Customers must log in to their account to make a purchase.*
1) Click on “My Account” (person icon) at the top right corner of the page, select “Create Account,” and enter your personal information.
2) To ensure one account per person and maintain a fair bidding and shopping environment, Eco Ring HK’s online store requires phone verification for membership registration. Once registered, your account will be activated immediately for shopping.
※ To protect customer rights, Eco Ring HK will only communicate regarding pickup and delivery via WhatsApp using the registered phone number. Messages from unregistered numbers will not be processed.
- To register as a member, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number.
If your country code is not listed on the account creation page, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with the following information:

Eco Ring HK will assist in creating your account and send an activation link via email.
3) About Shopping
- Most items sold by Eco Ring HK are pre-owned and may show signs of use or storage. Before purchasing, please carefully review the written descriptions and actual product photos. Please note that, except under special circumstances, all items sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled. (For details on returns, please refer to section (6) About Returns.)
- Once customers have entered their shipping and payment information and submitted the order, Eco Ring HK will send an email to confirm the order.
- Eco Ring HK offers two types of shopping methods:
a) Fixed-Price Shopping:
- Items are sold at a fixed price. Please do not contact us via phone or message to negotiate pricing, as Eco Ring HK will not respond to such inquiries.
- Fixed-price items will be displayed in the following format:
- Add items to your shopping cart, then log in to your account to enter shipping and payment details.
※ Some items are marked “FPS Only,” meaning credit card payments are not accepted. Please select FPS as your payment method and complete the transaction accordingly.
b) Auction:

All items are sold based on the order of successful checkout in the Eco Ring system. Complaints or claims due to unsuccessful checkout will not be accepted under any circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions of the Eco Ring HK online store.
(4) Payment Methods
To ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience, the online store offers three payment options:
1) Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay) — No handling fee!
2) FPS (Fast Payment System)
3) WISE (For overseas customers only)
Please note: Once a payment method is selected, it cannot be changed. Please choose carefully.
For credit card payments, the transaction will be processed immediately. You can check your payment status under “Order History” in your member account. Once payment is confirmed, Eco Ring HK will arrange delivery or self-pickup according to your preference.
Eco Ring HK’s online store uses TSL encryption to ensure a secure shopping experience.
※ All orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled and relisted on the website. Items from canceled orders will not be reserved. Once relisted, the system cannot modify the original order and will count it as one instance of overdue unpaid order. (For details on overdue unpaid orders, please refer to section (9) Blacklist Policy.)
Using Discount Codes / Coupons:
On the payment page, enter your discount code in the “Discount Code” field on the right and click “Apply.” The total amount will update instantly—please double-check for accuracy.
*Discount codes are only applicable to fixed-price items and cannot be used for shipping fees or auction items.
***Unless otherwise specified, all promotions cannot be combined. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Eco Ring HK will not accept requests to modify or add promo codes after an order is placed due to incorrect or missing code entry.
Points Usage:
Customers can click on "My Account" (the profile icon) at the top right corner of the page to view details of their membership plan at the top of the screen.

(2) Rewards: Birthday month rewards, redeemed point discount codes, and other benefits can be viewed here.
Steps to Redeem Points for Coupons:
For every HKD200 spent, customers earn 1 point. 1 point = HKD1, which can be used at checkout.
1) Click on "My Account" (the profile icon) at the top right corner of the page. Under the VIP program section, go to the top right corner of Reward Points and select [Redeem Rewards] to choose the amount of points you'd like to convert into a cash voucher.
2) All coupons redeemed with points are valid until 23:50 on December 31st of the redemption year.
3) After confirming the redemption steps, you will receive an electronic coupon with a unique alphanumeric code.
3.1) If you wish to use it immediately, click [Use Now] to pre-add the voucher to your shopping cart before selecting products and proceeding to checkout.
*In this case, there's no need to manually enter the voucher code—the system will automatically apply it.
3.2) If the customer wishes to use the coupon during their next purchase, the coupon code can be found later under "My Account", in the bottom-right section labeled Rewards (e.g., You have 1 reward).(3.2)

- Customers may proceed to checkout by selecting either [Add to Cart] or [Buy Now]. Please note: If using [Buy Now], customers must confirm that the selected shipping address and delivery method are correct. You may adjust these options by clicking the dropdown arrow next to each field.
When checking out using [Buy Now], the item will not be pre-added to the shopping cart.
If the checkout is not completed, the customer will need to either re-add the item to the cart or click [Buy Now] again to purchase.
5) Delivery Methods
Eco Ring HK offers two delivery options:
a) Self-Pickup
- To ensure a smooth pickup process, all self-pickups require advance booking.
- Orders over HKD500 are eligible for self-pickup by appointment. Orders below HKD500 will be shipped, with delivery fees borne by the customer (unless during promotional periods).
- After completing online payment, customers must contact us via text message (Email or WhatsApp) by 4:00 PM at least one business day in advance to schedule a pickup time.
- Customers must contact us within 3 business days to arrange the pickup date and time, and complete the collection within 7 business days. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the item, which will be relisted without notice. Eco Ring HK will record one instance of order abandonment; three or more will result in blacklisting.
- Please contact us at least one business day in advance to book or reschedule your appointment.
- Customers may authorize someone else to collect the item. Please provide the order number from “My Account” to the authorized person for verification.
- Each appointment is limited to one group of up to two people, with a 15-minute time slot. In cases of serious delay, Eco Ring HK reserves the right to ask customers to leave and may decline future pickup appointments.
- Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes without prior notice will be served via SF Express (cash on delivery) only.
- Customers may reschedule their pickup up to three times free of charge. Rescheduling must be requested via WhatsApp or email (enquiry@ecoringhk.com) during business hours at least one business day in advance. Phone requests will not be accepted.
- More than three rescheduling requests will result in automatic shipment via SF Express (cash on delivery) to the address listed in the member profile. If no address is provided and the customer still wishes to pick up, a HKD $50 handling fee will apply.
- If a confirmed appointment is missed without prior notice, a HKD $100 administrative fee will be charged. Customers may reschedule (HKD $50 handling fee applies) or opt for SF Express delivery (cash on delivery). The administrative fee must be paid before any further arrangements are made.
- If unable to collect within the pickup period, customers may request to hold the item by paying the full amount in advance and providing a clear and reasonable pickup date.
- During pickup, please handle items with care. If any item is damaged or soiled due to negligence or intent, Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue compensation.
- Malicious rescheduling, missed appointments, or failure to confirm pickup arrangements may result in the item being relisted. Refunds will be processed after deducting credit card fees; FPS refunds require bank account details. Unclaimed refunds will be held for 6 months, after which they will be donated.
- All self-pickup items must be inspected carefully at the time of collection. Eco Ring HK is not responsible for any damage after the item leaves the premises. Returns are not accepted for self-picked items.
Note: All handling fees collected will be donated to animal welfare organizations.
b) Shipping
- Eco Ring HK offers worldwide shipping. After placing an order, please contact us via WhatsApp to calculate the shipping fee. Shipment will be arranged once payment is confirmed. (Final weight may vary depending on packaging materials and box dimensions.) Local deliveries within Hong Kong are handled by SF Express.
- Free local shipping is available for orders over HKD $500. Shipping fees for Macau and international destinations must be paid by the customer.
- Orders totaling HKD $500 or more qualify for free shipping. However, certain bulky or fragile items are available for self-pickup only. This free shipping offer applies exclusively to purchases made through the Eco Ring HK online store and cannot be combined with orders from Carousell or other platforms.
- For orders under HKD $500 that customers wish to combine, they must notify us. Only orders placed within 3 business days can be combined. If no new order or notification is received within that time, Eco Ring HK will ship the original order via SF Express (cash on delivery).
- Free shipping is only available for deliveries within Hong Kong and Macau.
- Choosing self-pickup at checkout does not entitle customers to any discount or shipping fee waiver. If self-pickup is selected and later changed to delivery, no free shipping will be granted, regardless of order amount. Delivery will be arranged via SF Express (cash on delivery).
- Once the package is prepared, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking is available only after SF Express registers the parcel. Please contact SF Express directly for delivery status.
- SF Express allows a maximum declared value of HKD5,000. For orders exceeding this amount, insurance is required at 0.6% of the declared value (paid by the customer). Unless requested, orders over HKD5,000 will still be declared at HKD5,000.
※ Due to repeated customs issues with shipments to Mainland China, Eco Ring HK will no longer offer delivery to Mainland China. Orders with a registered Mainland China address will be refunded (minus credit card fees) without further notice. Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order to avoid unnecessary charges.
※ All shipments may be subject to customs duties or delays. Eco Ring HK is not responsible for any shipping or customs-related risks. Only the actual item value will be declared on invoices. Customers are responsible for handling customs procedures.
- Customers must pay the full order amount before shipment. Eco Ring HK will arrange shipping within 3 business days, starting from the next working day after payment confirmation. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Delivery dates cannot be specified. SF Express may not arrange pickup if the cut-off time has passed.
- Customers must inspect items upon receipt. Eco Ring HK is not responsible for any shipping-related damage or loss.
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and recipient name are accurate. Eco Ring HK will not verify shipping details and will ship according to the information provided in the order. Any errors not caused by Eco Ring HK will not be compensated.
- Eco Ring HK will make every effort to deliver items promptly but cannot guarantee against delays during transit. A tracking number will be provided after shipment; customers should contact the courier directly for updates.
- Packaging methods are determined by Eco Ring HK. If you have specific packaging requests, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them where feasible.
- Regarding Third-Party Forwarding Services:
If customers use forwarding services, delivery time may be extended. Eco Ring HK is only responsible for shipping to the designated forwarding company. Any issues arising during forwarding—including damage due to improper storage or repackaging, or loss after receipt by the forwarding company - must be resolved directly with the forwarding provider.
Long transit times may affect item condition; please consider this when choosing your delivery method.
If the delivery address is a warehouse, Eco Ring HK will not cover any warehouse fees. Customers must coordinate with the warehouse directly. Any outstanding warehouse fees must be paid before Eco Ring HK will accept new orders.
- International shipments may incur customs duties or fees, which must be paid by the customer. For details, please consult your local customs office. Eco Ring HK will declare the actual item value for customs. Clearance times vary by region, and Eco Ring HK cannot predict or assume responsibility for delays.
- Certain overseas regions may be unable to receive shipments via Eco Ring HK’s designated delivery methods due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers must confirm that their location can receive deliveries without delay before placing an order. Eco Ring HK will ship based solely on the address provided at the time of order. If the shipment cannot be completed and a change of address is required, the new address will not be eligible for free shipping—even if the original order qualified. This applies to all address changes, including within Hong Kong/Macau, from overseas to Hong Kong/Macau, or vice versa.
- Customers may pre-save shipping addresses in their member account to streamline the checkout process:
- Click “My Account” (person icon) at the top right of the page. After logging in, select “My Address” to add or update your shipping details.
Note 1:
If you need to change the delivery method after placing an order, the shipping schedule may be delayed. Your order will be re-sequenced, and dispatch within three business days is not guaranteed.
Note 2:
Eco Ring HK does not accept urgent orders. If you require the item urgently, please arrange for someone to collect it on your behalf or book the earliest available self-pickup slot.
※ Special Arrangements During Severe Weather:
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8, the pickup location will be closed. All self-pickup appointments scheduled for that day will be canceled. Eco Ring HK will reschedule appointments once operations resume.
(6) Viewing Your Orders
1) Click “My Account” (person icon) at the top right corner of the page. After logging in, you will be able to view your orders under the “Orders” section.
2) Click on the order number you wish to view.
3) You will be able to see detailed order information and the tracking number.
(7) Member Benefits
a) Membership Program:
For every HKD $200 spent on eligible items, members will earn 1 point. Points can be used for future purchases, with 1 point equivalent to HKD $1. Points will be credited to your account 7 days after the order is completed (either picked up or shipped), and will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. Expired points will be automatically canceled and cannot be reissued.
For details on exclusive benefits and membership tier upgrades, please refer to the VIP Program.
(The new membership program will be launched on October 9, 2025. Tier accumulation will be calculated based on completed transactions starting from January 1, 2025. Reward points will be transferred on October 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM. If customers have any questions regarding the point transfer, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.)
Reward points calculation Example:
For an order totaling HKD $3,190, only HKD $3,000 qualifies for point calculation (as the remaining HKD $190 does not meet the HKD $200 threshold).
Points earned: HKD $3,000 ÷ HKD $200 = 15 points
(Points are calculated based on the total order amount.)

b) Using Promo Codes:
The online store regularly offers various promotions. To apply a promo code:
Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field on the right side of the payment page and click “Apply.” The total amount will update instantly - please double-check for accuracy.
*Promo codes are only applicable to fixed-price items and cannot be used for shipping fees or auction items.*
- Some promotions are automatically applied by the system. Customers do not need to enter a promo code—the discounted price will be calculated and displayed automatically.
*Eco Ring HK is not responsible for any incorrect use of promo codes and will not cancel orders or refund price differences due to customer error.
*Requests to apply a promo code, cancel an order, or refund the difference after placing an order will not be accepted.
*If a promo code is not entered before completing payment, the system will not automatically apply the discount. In such cases, no cancellation or refund will be granted.
*Free shipping via SF Express is calculated based on the discounted price.
(8) Return Policy
Eco Ring Hong Kong Limited generally does not accept unilateral return requests from buyers except for the following reasons:
- The product received differs significantly from the description and photos shown on the website.
- The item received does not match the order.
Please note:
- Product descriptions are subjective and returns will not be accepted based on disputes over wording.
- Photos reflect the actual condition of the item. If a flaw is shown in the images, returns will not be accepted for that reason.
Customers must contact Eco Ring HK via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the item to explain the reason for return. Once approved, the item must be returned within 3 business days along with the original receipt and all included accessories, either via courier (shipping paid by customer) or in person. After verifying that the item and accessories are intact and match the original condition, Eco Ring HK will refund the item cost and return shipping fee within 14 business days and notify the customer via email.
If any accessories are missing or damage is found, a deduction will be made based on Eco Ring HK’s assessment. Refunds may be delayed.
Eco Ring HK will cover only one round of shipping costs. Any shipping errors made by the customer will not be reimbursed.
Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The following common reasons for return will not be accepted:
- Items marked as “JUNK” grade returned due to damage or non-repairability.
- Clothing or shoes returned due to sizing issues based on brand specifications or design.
- Set items returned due to dissatisfaction with part of the set.
- Items clearly described or photographed as incomplete sets returned due to missing accessories.
Eco Ring HK reserves the right to reject any return that was not pre-approved and will not cover any resulting shipping or customs fees.
If there is a valid reason, customers may abandon an order without being blacklisted. Please contact Eco Ring HK via text message within 7 business days to explain the situation. Eco Ring HK will assess the case and offer assistance accordingly.
If an item is damaged or soiled due to customer negligence or intent during inspection, it will not be eligible for return or refund. Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue compensation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Once a refund is approved, any store credits used in the order will be deducted immediately.
Eco Ring HK reserves the final right to assess and approve all return and refund requests.
(9) Blacklist Mechanism
Each customer may only register one account. If Eco Ring HK discovers duplicate accounts, the new account will be canceled without notice. Any orders placed under the duplicate account will be refunded after deducting transaction fees.
If a blacklisted customer registers a new account under a family member’s name, Eco Ring HK reserves the right to blacklist the new account immediately if suspicious activity is detected.
To maintain a fair and transparent shopping environment, accounts may be blacklisted for the following reasons:
a) Unreasonable Order Abandonment (per item):
- Using clearly described flaws (in text or images) as a reason to abandon the order.
- Returning “JUNK” grade items due to damage or non-repairability.
- Returning clothing or shoes due to sizing issues based on brand specifications.
- Abandoning orders due to dissatisfaction with price or item after purchase.
- Damaging or soiling items during inspection and then abandoning the order.
- Creating duplicate accounts (new accounts will be canceled without notice; orders refunded minus fees).
- Failing to contact or complete the transaction within the specified timeframe.
- Any other personal or unjustified reasons.
b) Use of offensive language when contacting Eco Ring HK will result in immediate blacklisting without notice.
c) Repeatedly sending harassing messages that disrupt Eco Ring HK’s operations or delay responses to other customers will result in immediate blacklisting without notice.
Accounts with 3 recorded instances of unreasonable order abandonment will be permanently blacklisted without notice.
Blacklisted accounts will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
If malicious behavior is detected that disrupts store operations or interferes with other customers’ bidding, the account will be blacklisted immediately. Eco Ring HK reserves all rights to make final decisions and pursue necessary actions
