- We do not ship any items to Mainland China. If an order is placed with a Mainland China delivery address, payment will be refunded after deducting credit card/processing fees.
- International customers must confirm shipping costs before ordering. Orders will not be cancelled due to disagreements about shipping fees.
Eco Ring HK Pickup & Delivery Options
(1) In-Person Pickup
- Pickup is by appointment to ensure a smooth process.
- Minimum spending on HKD500 can enjoy self-pickup. Orders below HKD500 will be shipped with courier charges borne by the customer (unless during promotional periods).
- After completing online payment, customers must contact us via text message (Email or WhatsApp) by 4:00 PM at least one business day in advance to schedule a pickup time. Please arrive at the designated location during the scheduled time to collect your order.
- Please contact us contact us within 3 working days to arrange the pickup date and time, and complete the collection within 7 working days. The item will be relisted without notice in case of no show. One cancel order is recorded. Three or more cancel order will result in blacklisting.
- Please contact us at least one working day in advance to schedule or reschedule.
- Authorized representatives may collect the order on behalf of the customer. Please provide the order number found in “My Account” to the authorized person for verification.
- Each appointment is limited to one group (max two people) with a 15-minute time slot. In cases of serious overtime, Eco Ring HK reserves the right to ask the customer to leave immediately and may decline future self-pickup requests.
- Late arrivals over 5 minutes without notice will be switched to SF Express (freight collect).
- Customers may reschedule up to three times for free. Please notify us at least one working day within business hours in advance via WhatsApp or email at enquiry@ecoringhk.com. Phone calls are not accepted.
- More than three reschedules will result in automatic SF Express delivery to the address on file. If no address is provided, a HKD $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
- No show without prior notice will incur a HKD100 administrative fee. Customers may reschedule (HKD50 fee applies) or opt for SF Express delivery. The fee must be paid before further arrangements.
- If unable to pick up within the transaction period, customers may request to hold the item by paying in full and providing a clear pickup date.
- Please handle items with care during pickup. Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue liability for any damage caused by negligence or intent.
Note: All administrative and rescheduling fees will be donated to animal protection charities.
(2) Delivery Service
Eco Ring HK offers worldwide shipping. After placing an order, please contact us via WhatsApp to calculate the shipping fee. Shipment will be arranged once payment is confirmed. (Final weight may vary depending on packaging materials and box dimensions.) Local deliveries within Hong Kong are handled by SF Express. Free local shipping is available for orders over HKD500. Shipping fees for Macau and international destinations must be paid by the customer.
Certain bulky or fragile items are available for self-pickup only. This free shipping offer applies exclusively to purchases made through the Eco Ring HK online store and cannot be combined with orders from Carousell or other shopping platforms.

- Due to repeated customs issues, Eco Ring HK has suspended all deliveries to Mainland China. Orders with China addresses will be refunded (minus credit card fees) without notice.
- Customs duties or delays may occur regardless of item value. Eco Ring HK is not responsible for postal or customs risks and will only provide invoices with actual item value.
- If using a forwarding service, delivery time may be extended. Eco Ring HK is only responsible for shipping to the designated forwarder. Any issues during forwarding must be resolved by customers directly with the forwarding company.
- Select delivery at checkout and pay the full item price and shipping fee (if applicable). Once payment is confirmed, items will be shipped within 3 working days, starting from the next working day after purchase. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Delivery dates cannot be specified. If the SF Express cut-off time has passed, pickup may not be arranged
- Tracking numbers will be sent via email. Customers may also check tracking details in their member account. For delays, please contact the courier directly.
- Certain overseas regions may be unable to receive shipments via Eco Ring HK’s designated delivery methods due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are advised to confirm whether their location can receive deliveries without delay before placing an order. Eco Ring HK will ship based solely on the address provided at the time of order. If the shipment cannot be completed and a change of address is required, the new address will not be eligible for free shipping - even if the original order qualified for free delivery over HKD500. This applies to all address changes, including within Hong Kong or Macau, from overseas to Hong Kong/Macau, or from Hong Kong/Macau to overseas.
Terms & Conditions
- Customers must ensure shipping address, phone number, and recipient name are accurate. Eco Ring HK is not liable for losses due to incorrect information unless caused by our own error.
- International shipments may incur customs duties which are bear by customers. Eco Ring HK will only declare the item’s actual sales price.
- If multiple orders are placed, the warehouse system will ship based on order sequence. Older orders must be picked up before newer ones. Unclaimed orders will incur a HKD $10 daily storage fee per item.
- Auction winners who fail to pay or contact us within 3 working days will have their items relisted. Three or more cancel orders will result in blacklisting.
- Malicious rescheduling or no show may result in relisting without notice. Refunds will be processed minus credit card fees. Refund FPS information needs to be provided by customers. Unclaimed refunds will be held for 6 months before donation.
- Changing pickup method may delay shipment. Orders will be re-queued and delivery within 3 working days is not guaranteed.
- Eco Ring HK does not accept urgent orders. If items are needed urgently, please arrange pickup or delegate someone for pickup.
- Upon receiving the item, please inspect carefully. Contact us promptly if there are any issues.
- Eco Ring HK will make every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee against potential delays during transit. A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped. Customers are advised to contact the courier directly for delivery inquiries.
- Packaging methods are determined by Eco Ring HK. If you have specific packaging requests, please contact us in advance. Eco Ring HK will do our best to accommodate them where feasible.
Eco Ring HK appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth pickup and delivery process. Eco Ring HK will handle each case with discretion and care.
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Union Pay) and FPS are accepted. No transaction fees will be charged by Eco Ring HK.
Unless for the reasons listed below, Eco Ring HK will not accept unilateral return requests from buyers:
- The item’s description or photos on the online store are materially different from the actual item received.
- The item delivered does not match the purchase order.
Customers must contact Eco Ring HK by text message (WhatsApp or Email) within 3 days of receiving the item to state the reason and grounds for the return. After receiving Eco Ring HK’s confirmation, the customer must return the item together with the original receipt via courier or deliver it to the collection point within 3 working days. Once the returned item is received and verified, Eco Ring HK will refund the purchase price to the customer’s account within 14 working days and notify the customer by email.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for any reason if the customer fails to contact Eco Ring HK within the 3-day contact period stated above.
The following common return reasons (including but not limited to those listed) will not be accepted:
- Items marked as grade “JUNK” that are sold as non-repairable or damaged — returns, order cancellations, or abandoned bids will not be accepted on this basis.
- Returns, cancellations, or abandoned bids due to garment sizing or fit as indicated by the brand’s own size markings, or due to product design.
- Requests to return an entire set because the customer is dissatisfied with part of a set sold as a combination.
- Requests to return because accessories are missing when the item’s description and photos clearly stated that accessories are not sold as part of the set.
Eco Ring HK reserves the right to refuse any return that was not pre-arranged, and will not be liable for any shipping or customs fees arising from such unsolicited returns.
For reasonable causes, customers may choose to cancel an order or bid without being blacklisted. Please contact Eco Ring HK by text message within 3 working days to explain the reason. Eco Ring HK will consider each case and provide assistance at its discretion.
If the customer soils or damages the purchased item through careless or intentional handling during inspection, the item will not be eligible for return or refund, and Eco Ring HK reserves the right to pursue claims.
The store reserves the final right to review and decide on all return and refund requests.
